Piero's point of view - backstage Romeo Gigli 1997

The video was shot during the Romeo Gigli fashion show in Milan at Restaurant Giannino. I met Gigli some time before so I asked him to allow me to shoot a backstage video for myself. He did have a crew that was shooting the show. So I went earlier with my HI8 camera, a Canon L1 and a monopod and start shooting people and the location. Then just before the beginning of the show I found my pont of view from which I couldn't move during the show.
Then I edited on a Betacam suite using only an "old" analog Sony color corrector.
