dont worry about the 1.5 mile i got a rubbish time but i still passed because i put in maximum effort just show them you realy want to pass and you will :) (obviously still train before hand because it will be easier and you will get a better score)
im looking to join the RAF and i have filled out my forms and there is a set of dates coming up that i can be ready for
but im finding it bit difficult to get it going the 1.5 mile run is proving hard to get the pace right so i can do it i mean 1 mile no problem but that final part become a right ball ache
the sit ups and pressups are easy i think with the thai boxing i will hopefully i will be ready for the circuits the RAF have.
