The book i read about is in Spanish called -La Guerra de dos de mayo- but if you intrested in the history of same war my best reference is ;
The forth war of Napoleon called [The Peninsular War (wikkipedia )]

That is VERY intressting. Could you please refer to your sources regarding this comment of Napoleon. I have googled it but cant find anything about it unfortunatly, not even a pic of alexanders statue in Cadiz.
