Thanks for posting your vid. Wow, "Lying" is a strong accusation. My family are diabetic and have not experienced a spike in blood sugar.
Everyone is different, and should do what works best for them. Good luck!

Thats interesting, and I am still conducting tests...but one thing I learned in Nursing school was that "Everyone is an individual"
Best of luck to you !

No, I cooked it in water separately.
Why don't you try shirataki noodles? Google that. It's more expensive and the texture is different, but it's what I use instead of any pasta now. And it's only 40 calories a serving. :)

Hi There! Thanks for the video- But i as well have had no problem with dreamfields, in fact I swear by it! I have maintained my low-carb lyfestyle for years....
I have eaten the pasta and conducted tests, I had no significant spikes, but I wanted to do research on it. While it hasn't been tested by the major labs there is a disclaimer (not sure if its on the box) that people with High insulin resistance can still see significant spikes...just fyi

I don't have high insulin resistance. I've had my insulin levels tested and they are in the 2-3 range for fasting.

Interesting, but I'm afraid it's not enough to convince me. How do we know you don't respond this way to ALL carbohydrates? How do we know your meter isn't broken? We don't, unfortunately.
The bottom line is this: IF (a big if), Dreamfields's numbers are correct, then the GL is 5, which puts this product on par with some of the healthiest foods on the planet from an insulin response standpoint.
Dreamfields's study used 867 participants. Your video included 1. Who whould we believe?

The meter isn't broken. I still use it to this day. And I respond much differently to simply carbohydrates (I have clinical lab tests to back this), and no blood sugar response to high protein foods or fatty foods.
But if you don't believe me do your own study on yourself and see how you respond. Meters are cheap.
I don't believe wheat is ever healthy, but that's another discussion. From an insulin standpoint you are better off with real food like veggies.

Im taking it I cant just eat a few cups of this a day then? IE like real low carb pasta?

BTW, a few cups a day is a bad idea. Try less than 1 cup 1-2 times a month.
