I scanned it.....But When I Scan It....it doesnt remove the innfections does it?? if it doesnt HOW do you remove the virus' with this program???

pls help can avira heal programs that have viruses?? like in the AVG cause my google chrome have a malware when it detects by avira i click on remove then BOOM chrome.exe not found wew... i always have a problem like this... the of the malware is SALITY32 i remove HUNDREDS of THIS FUCKING THINGS
