Creating a firewall init script

So whave previously looked at using iptables, iptables-save and iptables-restore to manage our own firewall settings. The next logical step is then to create an init script, a service script in /etc/init.d. So that is what we look at on my openSUSE 11.2 box. It'd be nice if you posted the text of the 'fw' init script that you placed in the /etc/init.d/ directory so that we could copy it easily :)
