UFO in Night sky Chicago IL 08/29/2009 8:29PM (Train voice???)

those lights where stationary in the sky it had 4 red lights 2 on each side and one more light on right side and a big blue light....the thing looked like kinda sqaured or like a cube....some red lights was blinking and fading in and out and it wasn't moving at all it was making like a very faint low pitched kind of sound like a whistle noise!! but what is driving me crazy is that you can hear a train sound clearly...but i live far away from any kind of trains or railroads or even people! you can't hear a whisper on the video but a train voice??it was a very quite night!!what is going on ..has this happen to anyone before?? can someone explain to me please??......

u do know there are these towers in the sky around places and they blink and usually theres this small one next to it that doesnt blink.
