I never understood why some of Sarah's stages are in the Colosseum. As far as I know she's not Italian?
Dural's VF5 stage is in the Colosseum, maybe that's where J6 were experimenting on Sarah in the old days before Vanessa?
The city and subway stages fit her much better. Especially her VF3 back alley whore outfit.
