Unboxing a Fake iPhone 3GS

I got this fake iPhone 3GS off eBay. It was 300$ and it said it was unlocked and would work with any service. so i bought it. later i found out it was from china. when it came it was not even a iphone at all it was a fake touchscreen mp4 player with no phone capabilities. i am currently in a dispute to get the 300 back and the ebay seller scammed like 15 people and his account is closed. never buy iphones from china!
