Some UK Soul with more than a Psychedelic edge showcasing the change in musical tastes for 1967 with this track from The Ferris Wheel. Released on UK Pye in 1967 and they were a multi-racial band rather like the Foundations but with a wonderful lead in Linda Lewis who went on to enjoy a few solo disco classic in the 70's. They released an lp of the same name and enjoyed a sizable Northern hit with "Number one guy" more Motown flavoured than this crossover Psych /Soul groover.
