Front Squats: 10 reps of 185; Smith machine squats: 8 reps of 275; Dumbell lunges: 5 reps eah leg of 35 lbs; Machine Leg press: 10 reps of 240 lbs; Dumbell lunges: 5 reps each leg of 35 lbs
I am aware I did not go for full range of Motion. That was not the point of this workout.
