As summer 2010 slowly slips away and we drift towards Autumn it's time once again for Archaeologist & Historian James Balme to prepare for his 14th year of research and investigation into the ancient settlements that he has uncovered deep in the Cheshire countryside. What will this new research uncover and how many more amazing treasures left behind by our ancient ancestors will James unearth throughout the Autumn and Winter of 2010.

One thing is for certain, its going to be a very revealing season of research and discovery for James who is currently working hard on two new documentaries and actively pursuing his first television series for the future !!!

  • This video clip sucked! Most of what you show "being found" is just staged. The music sucks also. Why would I want to hear some woman whining about God know what, while I watch artifacts being found? Instead of the music, Tell us what's being found.

  • what song is that at beginning of clip/

  • Fantastic...sounds like a good time to get to know the local metal detecting club, (the trustworthy ones of course)

  • Bravo Mr. Balme! Beautifully done.
