  • @gigisandiego96. This judge is the sh!t. We discovered that a long time ago back when we use to watch fox. He is one of very few there could be trusted. Most of all be stands up for our constitution. I once taught my nieces and nephews someone who cheats never wins, they just steal and there is nothing to be proud of with something that doesn't belong to you. The new low class idiots in washington have no morals, soul, no shame what so ever. But they do have their future place ready in hell.

  • @Salvysahagun I prefer Steve Keen myself but I'll check them out.

If you want to understand economics read Henry C. Carey or Friedrich List.

  • @Salvysahagun Once again, I'm not an Austrian. If you want to understand the economy you need to read Steve Keen.

Jesus christ Hamiltons ideas are the ones that built this nations economy.

    Your buying into austrian propaganda!

  • In reality, Alexander Hamilton, the man who wanted a king, snuck those into the Constitution after his government plan was rejected. He twisted the meaning after the fact but the 54 other delegates to the Constitutional Convention believed the federal government was limited to the 20 powers in article 1 section 8.

  • @Salvysahagun I don't subscribe to Austrian economics. It's almost as wrong as mainstream economics. The original intention of the General Welfare clause was simply to make sure that the limited power in article 1 section 8 was applied equally to everyone in the country without favoritism. The other implied power clause, "Necessary & Proper", was put there to allow congress to make the bylaws that are required to enact the powers granted in article 1 section 8.

  • @KenMacMillan

Your confusing Austrian Economics with the American Constitution.

  • @Salvysahagun You're confusing a court case with original intent.

  • Publish the 4000 page book on ebook for android or something.
