Joan Collins was hot from the 1950s on up until the late 1980s. And I guess to a older man, she still looks good today!!!!!!

...not to mention Bush... an Oil magnate of his time... sound familiar? What a Mess he was. I can almost guarantee he watched Dynasty. Hell, he could have been a character on the show!

@Fireblaster291 it's not so much television that has changed as it is the viewer. Just a reminder--in it's day, Dynasty was considered trash TV by the older generation. No longer is the typical television watcher enslaved to a limited selection because with the MTV generation came the channel surfers--younger viewers able to flip from one program to another.. ultimately breaking from the mindless zombie programming that tv execs once solely controlled, and instead created their own programming.

@Fireblaster291 Really? Decent? You don't put much thought into reality, do you. So, in actuality.. the older people that rule the world today, especially those in their forties and fifties, are all part of this bygone era of television that you so fondly reminisce over. Need I rattle off a list of problems this country has faced over the last century? Slavery, women's emancipation, equal rights, financial crisis after financial crisis, etc. Yeah... let's go back to the "decent" times. LOL

The beginning always reminds me of the Zelda theme song
