The "english translation" was Hell & Gore - but only for pronunciation - so basically I have no idea what we are singing about!

  • The translation can be made even worse than "Hell and Gore". "Helan" and "Halvan" (meaning "the entire glass" and "half the glass") are also the popular Swedish names of Oliver Hardy and Stan Laurel. So...

"Oliver Hardy walks. Sing tralalala lalala la la. Oliver Hardy walks. Sing tralalala la la. And the one who doesn't grab Oliver Hardy, he won't get Stan Laurel either. Oliver Hardy waaaaalks. Sing tralalala la laaa!".

Now, "Hell and Gore" works better, don't you think? :)
