I do a quick demonstration of the Mastercool Hydraflare hydraulic tubing flaring tool, this is actually a Napa branded version but is identical.

  • I recently bought this tool after using a co workers, its so easy to use and saves so much time and headache . I usually dread doing brake lines the manual way and after replacing all the lines on a chevy astro van with this hydraulic one i went and bought one from amazon for around $300. Great vid btw.

  • @phantomafk It's my favorite purchase, I don't use it as much as I should but when I do it works perfectly. I'm going to be doing the brake and tranny lines on my 72 soon, it will get extensive use

  • Thanks for the video,I was thinking about buying this tool. But wanted to see how well it really worked.

  • @felson99 It's probably the best tool I ever bought, I noticed that the price has dropped quite alot since I bought one, looks like you can get one on ebay for $300.

  • @felson99 BUY IT!

  • Yes, ebay is where I found the best price. I have been working on foreign cars for 30 years and to this point have found any of the hand flaring tools I tried lacking. Thanks for your video and the response.
