People say there are more important things to worry about than changing "U.S. Secretary of State" to "U.S. Secretary of Foreign Affairs". Sure that may be true, but I don't think it is that difficult for someone to change the title in writing and in books while Mrs. Hilary Clinton is in a Foreign Country doing her work.
