  • Yes, teachers need to be trained in classroom management which is rarely offered to them in college programs. Just like every profession, there is a learning curve and continuing professional development, like Fred Jones, Tools For Teaching prepare teaches for the reality of the classroom with successful discipline, instruction and motivation techniques. All teachers need training and support , especially in their first few years in the profession.

  • moral of the story.... its the teachers fault kids dont learn, improve teachers

  • mrs garcia is so hot!

  • Fred Jones training makes such a positive change in the classroom and in the lives and success of students and teachers. It allows every child to succeed as you can see by the students' stories in this clip. They could see the difference in their teacher immediately. Many schools are also adding the Parent Edition training and creating a true community education effort. It is definitely worth the relatively small cost to implement.

  • Fred Jones is a national treasure in education! Not only has his work created success for teachers and students all the nation, he also has created a Parent training that brings positive relationships to every family. I congratulate Mrs. Garcia and her students for their honesty and desire to help other schools and students see that they can succeed. Bravo!
