  • I bought my 2000 Southern Homes 16x80 in 2007 they were asking 29k but I haggled with cash and paid $24k at dealership. It was a repo completely redone inside, new carpet and paint. looked brand new! I Love it. Except my ugly plum colored counter tops! I would CERTAINLY buy used/refurbished. Unless you get a good deal. The brand new ones, like yours are sooo nice though! Enjoy your new home!!! It's pretty!

  • very nice!

  • how much did that cost ?

  • looks like it is missing a cabinet against the kitchen wall, in other models, layed out like this one

  • mines gonna be better

  • I bought a new singlewide a fleetwood 14x70 with vinyl and shingle set up, heatpump etc for $26000 and sold it for $13000 in 2003. Then i bought a 1997 Horton 14x80 for the same price used..also vinyl and shingle. Sold it in 2010 for $12000 and bought a used 1999 metal siding and roof 14x80 for $9000. Resale sucks but still a cheap way to live. I looked at new ones here in NC and set up and delivered with finished drywall they are almost $50000! That is why I bought used. Hope you enjoy yours.

  • Wow, that really looks sharp! Congrats on your new home!
