I havent really clocked it, I just did it for fun, lol. I have a cold air intake in it, thats why its a little loud, let me know what you think, not much, but its just a 2.7l. Okay, I clocked it and I guess maybe 8.4 secs give or take a lil.

  • More tha 6000 revs./min. with cold engine... only in a rented car....

  • @maximusovidio73

Guy this has already been explained, we've had this car for three years.

    Lol, not a rental.

It had been idling in the drive for at least 15 mins.

Every Sebring 2.7l I've ever driven has been like this, it takes forever for it to warm up...

  • i have a 2002 sebring with the 6 cylinder and 2.7L these cars are crazy fast for what they are

  • My friends 03 sebring just sludged up, sad to see a nice car go to a junkyard

  • Yeah, lol. This was back when I had my temps. And uh, that was my moms car. LOL

  • Thanks. The bleeder valve on the 2.7l is right on top near the plenum. I took care of this at it's 80k mile service.

  • @nrmntrs1

i got a 300M with the 3,5 L and i had the same problem ... it was the thermostat stuck open and air pockets in the coolant. I hope it helps. Try bleeding the system, it has a bleed valve somewhere.

  • Well, I think removing the stock air box was the worst part. I mean it can be tricky to wiggle out of there. But other than that, its simple. Don't forget the Vaccum Hose that goes to the plenum.

  • how easy was installation? just snap on pretty self explanatory, or was it kind of tricky
