  • Thanks!

  • What foods are best to promote GABA?

  • @secondhandcandystore The foods that supposedly help GABA are fairly common like bananas, halibut, almonds, brown rice, oranges, walnuts, and whole grains. These are not scarce in the American diet. Therefore, increasing GABA usually involves more than just simple additions to the diet. You will have better results by learning which foods interfere with neurotransmitter balance and eliminating those. I recommend this plus some targeted supplements for the most favorable response.

  • This is very intreresting, another question ( sorry!) lol...brain inflamation? how do we stop that? and what is that?

    Thank you again!!!

  • @potsinfo The question is: what is inflammation? Anything that accelerates tissue breakdown can lead to inflammation. That includes insults of any kind including chemical, emotional stress and physical stress such as physical trauma (football, hockey etc). The answer for you will depend on your genetic make-up and lifestyle. Give us a call at OVitaminPro and we will see if we can identify factors that will help slow brain trauma.

  • This doctor is oh so sexy. What a hunk!

  • @Sleightofhandsz To enhance your height, try glutamine, arginine, Udo's Choice Oil Blend and antioxidants. Your intake of antioxidants should ideally contain all the vitamins and minerals. Take your oils and antioxidants at mealtimes. Take arginine and glutamine prior to bedtime. During sleep, arginine and glutamine manufacture HGH, which promote growth. HGH is made in brain. As your brain is fat richest organ in body; so take Udo's oils. Take antioxidants to protect brain's fats from oxidants.

  • Folks, if you're unable to find GABA supplements in your local shops, try glutamine as alternative.

Glutamine is an amino acid, a protein. Glutamine converts into GABA naturally in brain. Hope that helps.

  • @Sleightofhandsz, You don't sound like you're going through "puberty", you sound like you're in college. Most "kids" going through puberty don't even acknowledge there height as an issue. They are busily riding their bikes or playing on the PS3 . Ok mom or dad, did you'll post this for Jr.?

  • Is GHB and gaba somehow related?

Does taking gaba reduce the number of brain neurons in my hippocampus and prefrontal cortex an other part of my brain? I'm currently taking a product called somatomax. All help appreciated.

  • @Sleightofhandsz Can I ask how you were tested to determine that you aren't gluten sensitive? This is a rapidly evolving field with new insights popping up each day.
