Dawid : You're absolutely right in your last message ! I wrote earlier to talknie12 that I had no Problems with my dn-s3700, I was wrong, I met the same bug ! I apologise ! As you I feel the same. Most of custumers today lauch products too fast without enought tryouts. I will fight this kind of a way of making terrible and to make as you, not more bought denon if they make nothing to communicate better and especially if they to leave us in the fog.

I have 2 DN-HS5500 and there was bunch of firmware bugs, including CUE SLIP and freezing. Even latest firmware SYS 1400 is not solving major bugs, including player freezing, but when I started to talk about it on Denondjforums com, I was permanently banned from there, despite, that I didn't broke any forum rule.

Those are Denon DJ methods: Making fool from customer and censoring the forum. Search via google "denondjforums censorship" and read about it...

I'll never buy Denon DJ again...

that's very strange, I updated my 3700 last week with 1330 firmware, no problem !!!

Vraiment aucun problème avec la version 1330 du firmware, ni avec les hot cues ni avec le reste

new update hehe , I think it could be a great cd player but it has too many bugs, I would like to have dns 3700, but i need good equipment for gigs, I see that i can't trust DNS 3700, I dislike pioneer, but i need something stable, pioneer have stable equipment, Denon you screw dns 3700, 1330 bugs, 1320 bugs, first you should test then sell, sorry for my bad english.
