What is it?

It is a registry file that removes Windows 7 mouse pointer acceleration.

It is like the CPL Mouse Fix and Cheese Mouse Fix, but gives exactly 1-to-1 mouse to pointer response for Windows 7.

Exactly 1-to-1 means no discarded or delayed mouse input while game playing.

This is a huge help while gaming :)

*Attention Logitech users* After applying this fix, make sure to uncheck 'Use OS native drivers for speed and acceleration', set speed to 5 (it's the 6th notch from the left), and acceleration to 0 for your pointer settings. After doing that I was able to get nothing but 1:1 ratios when using the mouse movement test application shown in this video.- per atticusflincher

I absolutely use your knowledge of BF3 in my game play, such as mouse settings, tanks, and so on. My question to you is are you going to do a jet or heli tutorial? I know you said in other videos you aren't much the pilot but I was just curious, thx.

1)Do you think that it is crucial to use a mouse pad with the Razer Deathadder? If so,which kind?

2)When you're browsing or playing games,does your mouse not pick up micro-movements sometimes?

Well I use an A4 X-748K (not a well known brand but I find it to be excellent for the price).

I have to move the mouse at extreme speeds on the test exe to see any difference, even when I am quickly snapping to an enemy I wouldn't move the mouse that fast so I think it is a non issue for me also.

I suspect what you said is the case with my mouse (cannot find any information on what sensor it uses) so thanks for your help anyway!

@Vladdie777 what mouse are you using? if you are using a mouse with the ADNS 9500 sensor (including the logitech g9/g9x, CYBORG RAT, Steelseries XAI/Sensei, and a handful of others) then the actual sensor on the mouse has a permanent, unremovable 5% acceleration at extremely high speeds. its virtually unnoticeable outside of diagnostics programs though so its basically a non issue.

well if you use Raw mouse input you shouldn't have acceleration unless you set so in BF3, I have to say that accuracy % doesn't really represent how you actually aim for example if I play with AEK and I try to bring down some sniper from far it takes much more bullets than taking out someone from 10 meters ,it really depends on the maps that you play and if you manage recoil correctly (not really aiming in this case) ,most likely if you already like your current setup you wont become any better

Reloading your weapon (confirmed on my account with several weapons) with rounds still in the clip count towards shots fired. So if your Accuracy is low this can be a good reason why. I am going to assume that it is easier on the resources to count clips than it is to track each round actually fired.
