  • Most of these exercises were in your older videos. Was looking for something different , great video none the less

  • @erickramsol I know how to work out man :L, full range of motion, around 3-4 seconds per rep etc etc

  • @ImForCoffee Maybe U didn't do the excercises correctly...

  • Why do I never feel the next morning ache in my tri's anymore?? i've tried adding in supersets, circuits, increasing weight, shortening rest time but my tri's seem to never feel kicked up the arse! help!?

  • a tip for the second exercise, when you've tipped off the weight, pump out a couple more reps :D

  • 4:01 I did that and i hit my head so bad xD

  • @IXIporkchopIXI He was merely giving a demonstration. He adds more weight when he actually works out.

  • Would doing all of these in the same workout be overtraining?

    Also, are parallel dips a lot better than bench dips?
