How to Lip Sync 3D models and photos (easy)

In this video I will cover complex lip sync and dialogue in 3dstudio max, this will probably be one of the hardest things you'll do in max but, I will show you a couple tricks to speed things up AND an entire program dedicated to lip syncing photos. It's basically cheating but as long as your satisfied with the end results that's all that matters.
I will be using 3 programs for this tutorial

3d studio max 2008
