That is called a Red Darknut. I have the strategy guide that has all the enemy figurine names. Darknuts come in three types. The basic Darknut does not have that much stamina but is more evasive and has red or green straps attached to white armor. Red Darknuts are slower then standard ones but take more of a beating. The rare Black Knight is the worst because it is a combination of the two having high amounts of health and being very quick and skillful in combat.
