    I am grateful for the vid. Really like Youtube for this kind of content.My homeboy used to be bullied. He stated he was going to grow muscle and strength. I chuckled... Til unexpectedly he added 40lbs of natural muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - Google it. He does not get bullied any longer.

    I subscribed earlier this week. See exactly what goes on. Not to mention this mans emails are great...
