  • Dude, always love you videos, especially your tutorials. I know you use linux, could you either make a tutorial on how to install the cyanagenmod 7.1 using Ubuntu or point me to a tut or site. Would love to mod my hp touchpad. Thanks man.

  • i never heard of a person call the kindle fire an ipad killer its because it has the biggest book reader on the market and plus that you get access to amazon apps plus cloud and its fast web browser the kindle fire has a lot of great things but i really never heard of any person say the kindle fire is a ipad killiermight even be your words amazon created this because some kindle readers wanted to do a little bit more that's all there are some companies that want to give costumers tablet options

  • You fricken' go Arthur. You go. :] <3

  • Cool haven heard of the Kindle Fire, still hoping to get the Hp touchpad for 99bones

  • Bro you in a prison cell?

  • Is the fire just an ereader or is it a "full" tablet?

If it is just an ereader, why the f do people think it will take over the iPad?

  • The only thing that really got my attention about this Kindle Fire is the price.

  • As far as development on tablets, My cell phone, Nokia N900, has python, QT, and GTK already to go. As well as BASH. I can also compile software on it if I wanted to, but I like Python. The only reason you can't develop on other platforms is because of restrictions put on them by the companies who make them. It's a control issue. To force you to use there App Stores or Market places. I don't see that changing to much and it's one of the reasons I don't use Android.

  • I still don't have a tablet. I've been waiting to one that can run a real Linux distro. Right now I'm looking at maybe getting one of the Archos Tablets. Seems like Installing Debian is pretty easy.
