A new world for California's millionaires to be paid for on the backs of uneducated persons who can't afford to live behind the gates of their Stanford educated 21st Century private communities. Thank god that their greenhouse gas emissions rules don't allow the gasses out of their factories and into their exclusive campus communities to interfere with their carbon footprints paid for by "exchanging" carbon credits of unsuspecting uneducated starving people in third word nations.
