Power steering pump? Steering feels fine, sound dosn't change when I turn the wheel. AC on/off makes no difference. The sound is RPM dependant and it's ALLWAYS there hot/cold, wet/dry. What is it????

*UPDATE*
It was the static idler pully between the PS pump and the alternator. Just needed to be re-greased. Problem solved
