I might add that my Dad worked in a call centre where the customers call the centre, not the other way around - and he still got evil abuse. So there is proof there that the human race sucks.

I agree. My Dad worked in a call centre and ended up being diagnosed with depression due to the treatment he got. People seem to think that it's the employees that make the decisions. They just do what they're told so they can earn their wages like everyone else.
