@sportsontap He hates attention and he REALLY hates interviews. EventuallyWeMerge nailed it. He's extremely uncomfortable with this kind of stuff. But of course it doesn't mean that he doesn't enjoy comedy. Here he's clearly joking with his name.

Some people find it hard to speak sometimes, especially in situations where they feel like everyone is watching them (I know I do). Now, he's obviously not actually in front of a crowd here but maybe he still feels the tension of knowing that he is being watched if he wins. I can tell that both Harrison Ford and Joaquin, two of the best actors, do not like interviews and attention. But that doesn't make them weird, it's just their personality.
