Tutorial: Banana Milk

This drink is sooo delicious! Since it's popular in Japan and South Korea, I just had to make it and try it. I am now in love lol It is also pretty healthy and good to drink if you're athletic. Enjoy! :)

@spinninwheels5 it only looked hard because i didn't put together the blender right. but after i fixed it, everything was all good.

I make banana with just a cup of skim milk and a raw (ripe) yellow banana...I add a couple of strawberries and I get a fat free, sucrose-free, banana-strawberry shake. No sucrose (white sugar), no fat :)

lol im mexican and latinos do tht banana milk we call it liquado i think its spelled right.... anyway so translation is liquified.... we do all types of liquado the main one we do is banana but there are all types like straberries and sometime we might add oats.
