Just a little video of me using the web viewer beta for secondlife. Could be useful one day if they persue it.. Looks rather like viewer 2 lite with a lot of missing features at the moment but it could be good for people to sample SL if they improve on it.
The frame rate was better than captured but still not great.
The audio quality you hear in this video is actually how I heard it...
It seems only random people are being allowed to test this beta so hence the video..

hopefully they'll add all the features of SL into this. I don't really want to choose from preset avatars. =/

Also, are you able to travel to other sims or does it just dump you on a beta sim?

It gives a list of destinations you can go to. You can not teleport outside this list. You can travel with your normal account to the same sim and meet the guest. But the guest cannot accept teleports/inventory etc. I guess it's just a beta and they are just guest accounts after all
