The driver of the white van is a moron for staying next to the truck in his blind spot. He could get a ticket for that. The van should speed up and get in front of the truck or follow the truck. Also, legally, the left lane is for passing so he has no business driving slow there. Must be some old guy driving, they often do things like that to slow everyone else down.

Yeah that happend to me in florida except it was two semis and they backup traffic for 2omiles and then thankfully they both got pullerd over and evryone passing them were pissed
