I did this lift on Saturday night at 9pm.

I am 5'7"ish, 205lbs. I competed 10 weeks ago at 148. I am training for BC Provincials in July 2010.

  • fuck form, you lifted 4 plates a side. good job. all you little personal trainers worry too much about inuury prevention and form, obsessively so....in the real world your back is gonna round lifting that sorta weight. thats why all you little personal trainers look like twigs.

  • @LuDimezofKush I don't say anything to him. He's Ronnie Coleman, you aren't. His deadlift form is better than yours, plus it's well known that Ronnie has back problems.
