a man traveling back home from his voyage at sea, see's his homeland for the first time over the horizon after the night storm. He see's his lover, in the distance, where she has waited each and every morning.

  • Beautiful piece! I had very different imagery before I read the description, but that is part of the beauty of music, of course. Keep writing

  • YOU ARE truley very charming and very talented in piano and your voice....you are so candid and i guess you are a true angel ......

kisses for you from David Mendonça Madeira Island - Portugal

i wish you also a merry Christmas=) All the best for u=) God bless you=)

  • I had a feeling this was a Britlin original!! I could tell it was your own composition before i even read that it actually was. You definitely have a very creative mind and I love to see you hold that last note with that feeling of unendingness and suspension of that note. Pretty amazing!!

  • Man..this is killin...I'm really diggin on the chord/ lick at 1:46-1:49 And that D against the Eb (?) is really pretty there at the end. Was that a big ol Bb sus 4 line at the end? I really like the sound of it after you stop hittin the keys and that line is resonating...sounds warm. Very cool! Keep doin ya thang. :) ..Do you have more compositions up?

  • Britlin, this is gorgeous! I feel more honored than words could describe. The kind of vivid imagery, both the chills and the warmth, and of course every emotion this music draws forth... they all bring me to a transcendentally beautiful place, and the chord at the end built up with that beautiful ascending line gives me the feeling that I will stay there. :) Thank you so very much!

    A letter is coming soon!
