It is important to do our living in the present moment, not the past or future. Most of us on the spiritual path know this, but still fall into old patterns of thinking. These quotes may be helpful. They are combined with various images from our animal friends and Native American music by Peter Kater and R. Carlos Nakai. Most of the quotes were obtained from Quotegarden.com.

Beautiful video :) I'll write down some of these sentences to paper and leave them near to everyday objects, so they act as a reminder of being present in the now :)

Being the reflective type, I tend to spend too much time revisiting the past. I guess the key word is to visit the past if you want or need to, but not to get stuck there. Eternity can only be found in the present moment.
