@thor99ed That's not an open beta. An open beta means anyone that wants to join gets in, all at the same time. Its just going to be a massive closed beta, and every weekend they will change people.

And this will be a subscription game due to the fact that if you look at the preorder page it will includes game Color stone and 30 days subscription and has the 30 day subscription for all 3 editions

There is mention of a open beta at a comic con interview it's mention to be in September so what he said here is a lie and the release date is most likely to be in November as in a review of the keyboard for swtor you can buy it was said that it will be released at the same time as the game or a little bit before

Like usual, the questions are complete shit. They range from things DE obviously can't answer (is this compatable with razer hydra herp derp) to stuff that has been confirmed forever (Is there space combat?)

@InfestedHobo These questions were from GameSpot's audience. Many are basically clueless about MMOs and haven't been watching SWTOR as closely as we have.

@ricardowii232 MMOs are niche, even within the MMO market many don't know about SWTOR. GameSpot mainly caters to the console audience which is why they are clueless.
