  • Sorry this has little to do with real agile development. Please replace the word agile with iterative (as in a series of mini waterfalls).

  • I don't agree with many of the comments listed here. I think it is always good to put a face to a voice. Also, just because the presenter is just another person explaining an existing methodology or information, it does not mean that we should not hear the different perspectives of others. I would be close minded if I don't hear others saying something I already know. Learn People!!!!

  • Thanks for this video - it gave me a lot of ideas :)

  • Hi David, What software did you use to produce this video? Thanks! :)

  • @mlohr1 Could you please direct me to some useful information about agile. I have been working in an agile project for some time. But this is how they implement agile. Thanks

  • I disagree with the way Agile is presented here. This is not really AGILE methodology, it looks more like Waterfall divided into multiple smaller deliveries. Agile is vastly different that what is described here. Sorry to say but this Video is pretty misleading specially for people who do not uderstand these terms.

  • The presentation will be nicer if i dont see the presenter's face.... LMAO

  • Old wine in new bags, briljant! Why is it that every new kid on the IT block need to explain a method that he just learned if not, device a "new" one. To understand it himself? Concentrate on "what" not "how".

  • @mlohr1 - Well said. People are throwing the word "Agile" on whatever methodology they happen to use...but it looks good on the resume. Even a quick glance at the Agile Manifesto would raise points that conflict with the project lifecycle described in this video.
