I just found out that two of my books - Breaking Thru the Fibro Fog, and a novel I've written called Inside A Hollow Tree (which deals with the issues of abuse and bullying) - have been short-listed for Readers Favorites Book Awards, so this should bring a lot of added exposure for me, my cause, and my books. I'm really thrilled about this, and remain committed to doing everything I can to change public attitudes regarding fibro.

@111akasha Thanks for commenting. This video is only the beginning. I am committed to changing public perceptions about fibromyalgia through my book, but also via a worldwide media campaign and public appearances to educate people as to the reality of this condition. It's time to put an end to all the anti-fibro criticisms. Again, this video is just the start.

Dr. White, I am so grateful to you for advocating on the behalf of all fibromyalgia sufferers. Thank you for using your medical expertise to identify and make known the truth about this condition. The research is out there and it is shameful that many in the medical field choose to make character judgements rather than learn and practice what science has already proven.

Dr.White...I was a patient of yours a few years back and just wanted you to know that b/c of your belief in me and the pain I was experiencing at the time ( much worse 2/day :( ) I would like to thank you and say that b/c of your research and belief in Fibromyalgia I am doing a 12 min speech at Toastmasters this week. DR WHITE~~ I am SO sick of dealing with people that dont understand,its frusterating. Today i was written up at work because i cant physically meet their standards (cook at a nursing home) A lady told me at work just said to me all you have to do is put your mind to it and you can do it. WHATEVER!!! uh...So then i was told I have to make a decision to work or not..I dont know what to do..I do my best..what more can I do ..you know..its like i want to runaway from myself but i cant..im stuck

@DrKevinPWhite  WOW...its so awsome to hear an actual doctor with brains is willing to spend alot of time and effort in research to show a difference..and I think you are allready! :) If there are any questions you would like to ask me or others that have Fibro....i would be happy to answer any that would help...(and i have gone through many many tests)im sure all of these people would be willing too.The only stupid question is the one you dont ask :) THANK YOU DR WHITE!!
