  • @Kokishihuan

    lol

  • I did this very slowly for about 10-15 minutes. What an undescribable body feeling! Finally I found something to train and balance my sides and back. Thank You!

  • @hqihbubkf well then please show me because I am starting to collecting this videos exercises, first I've started from the basics.

  • @laguary9 I didn't say "REAL QI GONG", I said "REAL BANDUANJIN". There are many different kinds of QI GONG, Banduanjin is one of them. By real, I mean, the national standard Banduanjin which I've learned in Beijing, China frome the university of Chinese Medicine. I also learned Baduanjin here in North America, which is not the standard one but another "simplified version". I'm sorry, I don't have any video.

  • @hqihbubkf WHERE IS YOUR VIDEO? OR WHERE DID YOU LEARN THE REAL QI GONG?

  • hey, your gown gets in th way from your hands.

  • This no waste this is very helpful and it help me to be straight

  • there are thousands of forms of the 8 piece.

  • loved it

  • well, as long as it's helpful then it's not "waste". However, for those who have learned Qigong correctly know that this video is no where near the real "Baduanjin". You can call it Qigong exercise but not "Baduanjin".
