Facebook is a great social networking site with more than 500 million users this time. The main reason of the popularity of this social networking site is the unique way of sharing information with friends and people. You can make many new friends through this site having the same interests and activities as you have. Creation of a fan page is one of the interesting features offered by this site million of users. You can create a fan page not only for your friends but also for your business activities. The first question that comes to every mind in creating a fan page is how do you create a fan page on facebook. Following list of points will help you in the easy creation of a fan page in this great social networking site.
Login to your facebook account and if you don't have a facebook account then create a register a new one.
Follow the link Facebook.com/pages/create.php to move to creating fan page.
Write the name of the page and specify whether you are creating a page for your business, product or a celebrity. After filling in these details, you can click on "Create Official Page" but before clicking this button you must tick the check box which says that you are the person authorized to create this page.
The next page will allow you to provide more details to customize your page. The details which would allow you to customize your page are the photos, tagline, category, personal details, videos and much more. You can also adjust the settings of your fan page according to your requirements, for example, if you don't want your fans to post videos on your page then you can restrict them from doing so.
So as you have seen how easy it is to create a facebook fan page and it will take you more than half an hour to create a basic fan page. You can also add more advance and dynamic features to this page later according to the expectations of your fans.
