  • I'm 16 years old and I just maxed on dead lift for the first time. I got up 405. Is that good? I mean I've trained for a while but I never bothered to max. I have really nothing to compare it too so I mean if it's not that good, tell me because I'm really curious.

  • @MrJunior81095 For sure. I started when I was 19 and it took me a full year before being able to pull 405. 405@ 16 is great.

  • I might have miss counted but that first guy did 10 not 12.

  • @suparpowers exactly! they also dehydrate themselves before competions to look more "cut" also bodybuilders work on more little insignificant muscle groups to look more toned.
