Well, if you bought the album like I did and read the lyric booklet which in my opinion was fucked up, you would see he says Where Go I? as opposed to Where do I head. Although I don't blame you for thinking that because it does sound like he says Where do I head, but he actually says Where go I. Listen to it on headphones and you'll hear it.
