  • @chinh101 Hell no it dont cost shit. I made this so i can show my cousins and friends some work out stuff. I just try and ephasize to people its all about what your putting into your body. Working out helps but who has time for 2 hr gym sessions?

  • @nutraSIQUE Your muscles grow with rest, even your abs. If you work your muscle groups with different variations of pushups along with chair dips you can use the next day to do legs and abs. Doing alot of lunges and squats will do wonders for the glutes (butt) and help give your body an even fit look.

    Your doing great though, your working hard and it shows!
