im 21 and can barly grow facal hair is there any hope i will grow more by the time im 25? or im just stuck no hope

I'm not sure about all the medical reasons or why some people are hairy and others aren't, I can only speak from my own experience. Never was able to grow a beard and at 44, still can't! Good luck.

See, I am a beard person. I started to let it grow when I was 19 and since then I had full beards, goaties and all sorts of combinations. OMG I must be a professional :)
