UNBOXING:MSI Wind

This is an unboxing and first impressions video of the MSI Wind, a small 2.3 pound netbook with a 10" screen (1024 x 600). It features an Intel Atom 1.6 Ghz CPU, 1 GB of RAM (upgradeable to 2 GB), 802.11 b/g, three USB ports, VGA out, and an 80 GB hard drive. I paid $554 CAD + tax for it.

The version I ordered was supposed to be a black MSI Wind with a 6-cell battery, but instead it's a white MSI Wind with a 3-cell battery. Join me for the fun of an unboxing of the wrong product! ;-)

I don't know why whenever I use MP3, laptop, cellphone,speaker box,etc anything that is realted to headset input or speaker input, the input hole will be dead after one or two years or maybe longer if I'm lucky... Is it because I keep plug in the earphones and the mic? Because there's sound coming out and the mic is ok...only the input hole is dead....

@EasternWind29 It could be any number of things: the more frequently you plug in, or unplug, headphones or a microphone the faster the port wears out - it's just simple wear and tear. Some ports are designed for heavy use, while others are designed to last until the one year warranty is up (most Apple products).

my mum [mom for us] has or shud I say had this and she bought it in 2010 , She loved it to bits and literally didnt let my lil bro leave his room till dinner when he threw it across the room , she was GUTTED

Oh, talking about apple's products. My friend is a big apple fan so everything she use are from them, but I've notice that she keep buying new charge cables, earphones and microphones...hmn...no wonder....

i have the white wind but it came with a 3 cell also. the only way that i got my 9-cell was by buying it from a 3rd party company
