Fishing trip to Kodiak, Alaska - #22

Trolling for King salmon after limiting on the Halibut. This turned out to be the last video of the trip, as the weather turned bad (cloudy/rainy) and the fishing turned worse. I think we bagged only a couple more fish the entire entire third day...though we did finish off the bottle of Bailey's.

The main thing to remember though, guys, is that we were COMMITTED TO CATCHING THOSE SILVERS AND KINGS! OK, sure it didn't really matter what you and I wanted to go fishing for...we were COMMITTED to something else. Definitely no "garbage" fish on this boat today, eh guys?

All in all it was a fantastic first fishing trip to Alaska. I'm sure we'll go back again some day, but only if Captain James is the one behind the wheel! Happy Birthday, Jay. I hope you had a great 40th birthday trip! Now we just need to figure out what trip we are going to take when our wives turn 40... Booyahhhh!
