I had this game on Windows 98. This game came out in 1994, as an update to the classic, Archon: Light Vs. Dark. It was not well received because it varied too much from the original. (read: Updated graphics, secondary attacks, top down (hard to aim)).
Also, sorry for the lack of intro. I have no idea why I did not tell you about it. This game was made for MS-DOS, which I am instead using DOSBOX on Windows 7 64bit. The game is a bit hard to control (the controls were made as it two people were on computer).
I don't take any credit to the making of this game. I'm just promoting old stuff.
I have tried this.
Computer player is freakingly good. He seems to hit almost always, while aiming is so horendously wrong in this version. I mean, why they bothered to animate those dragon and pheonix, while they are insignificant - i have to watch their shadows anyway.

@ipocosierejestrowac I know. I never played hte originals however. This game is fun, but the isometric view makes flying enemies incredibly difficult to battle.
